This Refund policy applies to all Investigative services provided by RecoverCryp

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund of the retainer under the following conditions:

• Our team determines, after reviewing your case, that there is insufficient data to proceed with an investigation.

• You provide all requested information truthfully and in a timely manner, but we find no actionable leads or recoverable paths during the initial investigation phase.

• You withdraw your case prior to the beginning of any investigative work, and before any resources have been allocated or analysis has begun.

All eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

Non-Refundable Situations

The retainer is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

• If an active investigation has been initiated, including but not limited to: blockchain tracing, data analysis, law enforcement communication, or any forensic work.

• If the client fails to provide required documentation or information, leading to the suspension or closure of the case.

• If the case outcome is unsuccessful despite our best efforts and investigative work.

• If the client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
