3. No Recovery, No Fee Policy
   Top Recovery Expert operates on a results-driven model. Clients are not required to pay any upfront fees for consultations or preliminary investigations. Fees are only applied if recovery is confirmed to be achievable and the client chooses to proceed with full engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the intake process. Any omission or misrepresentation may delay or prevent successful recovery. Clients are also responsible for maintaining communication with their assigned investigator throughout the process.

5. Recovery Timeline
   Top Recovery Expert aims to deliver results within 30 days of case acceptance. While timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the case, clients will receive regular updates on progress.

6. Legal Cooperation
   Top Recovery Expert works in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, exchanges, and legal partners worldwide. By engaging our services, clients consent to Top Recovery Expert sharing relevant case information with these parties where necessary for asset recovery.

7. Termination of Services
   Top Recovery Expert reserves the right to decline or terminate services if, during the course of investigation, it becomes clear that recovery is not possible, or if the client fails to comply with the requirements outlined in these terms.

• While we have a high success rate, Top Recovery Expert does not and cannot guarantee the recovery of lost assets. Success depends on the complexity of the case, availability of forensic data, cooperation of third parties, and law enforcement limitations.

• The client attempts to impersonate another party

• The client is non-cooperative or abusive toward staff
